Franken resigns. Moore wins.
My reasoning:
Alabama went heavily for Trump. Jones, the Democrat Moore is running against, got 41% the primary votes Moore did. If you include all primary votes the Democrats had 25.6% (165,000) to the Republicans' 75.4% (480,000). There are so many more Republican voters in this race that even if some of them a demoralized by Moore's alleged "past activities" he will still probably win. That's only if he stays in the race, of course.
Franken and Minnesota is where it gets interesting. Franken's alleged "past activities" are much less severe than Moore's. Franken is toast because of two factors: 1. The picture. 2. Minnesota's democrat governor. That picture is just creepy. Every time Franken's face is on TV that's all anyone will see. There's no reason for Franken to stay. Minnesota's governor will assign another Democrat senator to take his place until the next election.
