No one is getting "screwed". They're are supposed to increase the child tax credits, double your basic deduction. All of your false assumptions are just that until there is ONE FINAL BILL PASSED. It has not even gone for reconciliation yet, which can change a lot of things.

You really need some basic math skills.

Start with 1 + 1 = 2 and build from there.
