Germany has insurance where you pay 8% of your wages and your employer pays a percentage that go into the health fund. You pay nothing for medical. The government isn't funding it but does regulate the providers and drug companies so greed can't take over as it has here.
I won't waste my time trying to convince you of anything but people in Germany and other countries that have national healthcare who have also lived here think we are very ill-informed about national healthcare, actually stupid, and wouldn't trade their healthcare for ours.
