Liberal Fascists so consumed with hate, they are incapable of comprehension.

Back in 2016, Carrier said these layoffs would take place in December 2017; Carrier pushed that back to January 2018.

No one can force Carrier to follow through on the agreement that CARRIER MADE AND RENIGGED ON. Sounds like the ones blowing smoke is Carrier.
