Pres. Trump NEVER said he was stop all lay offs from happening. Pres. Trump said he would make a more business-friendly atmosphere, encourage jobs to remain in USA, and reduce Obama choking regulations...all of which Pres. Trump has done.

So, it seems the "lie" is in your post and misrepresentation of facts.
