Shooting/running down bikers in Lower Manhattan - Truthhurts

Very sketchy so far because it just happened. A man jumped out of a Home Depot truck and started shooitng after driving onto the bike path and running over some people while shooting others? The shooter is in custody.

NYPD and FBI there.
