and unconstitutional, as all money appropriated needs to start in the House. None of this works without taxpayer money.

I'm not letting the establishment GOP like McCain off the hook, either. That's why they don't want to repeal Obamacare. The insurance companies have a hand in this, too. That's why they were all for Obamacare at first.
