Rexnord Indianapolis jobs leaving the country. What happened - to Trump's campagin promise.

What happened to the NAFTA renegotiating? Trump campainged on a promise to stop this and save jobs. What happened to the 35% imposed penality "immediately" when he took office?

Trump has tweeted twice blasting the plant's closing, loss of 300 jobs, but still no action to stop jobs leaving the country. Nothing. Sadly, most of these people voted for Trump.
