Could it be that Reid forced the rule change to guarantee an Obama hand picked obstructer of justice could be put into the perfect freshly opened spot to quietly settle the Uranium-Gate scandal without Congress knowing the collusion in selling that uranium?

We need a special counsel to investigate Russian collusion.
