Poor cat. If you say something to the drunks, they’ll punish the cat. One thing is for sure, if I lived there and their beer cans and cigarette butts were landing on my patio, I’d be first talking to them about it, 2nd is landlord, 3rd is Police. That is disrespectful and you have the right to complain about that. Regarding the cat, my guess is it’s not being treated good nor fed. Since you have 2 pets and a 3rd isn’t allowed, I buy a nice dog box and put which is suppose to pull moisture away, either straw or hay, not sure which you’re supposed to use, food bowls, and feed the poor thing because it appears to have found it’s best option and that is you. I feed 2 feral cats right now, they’re here like clockwork, morning and evening, but I also live in the country sort of. I always keep canned food and bag of food in our home because it bothers me knowing they’re outdoors hunting for a meal. All black one is friendly, male, patiently waits for you to bring food out. Gray tiger female, can’t touch her, only gets close while I’m putting the 2 bowls of food down for her and you better step away because she hisses and does a low growl but I believe it’s her way of protecting her food, the same as she does living outdoors hunting. Funny is we both look for them every day and get their food and drink ready lol. Funny is male meows and drives you nuts till eating time, female is quiet....imagine that ha ha!
