No business entity is required to offer someone a job/contract. The reasons for no offer can be any number of things, ie because you're not good enough or they just don't like you! Can you imagine if all of us who have applied to various MTSOs and have not received any responses decided to file a lawsuit that all the MTSOs were colluding against us?
Also, didn't this gentleman decide to part ways with the 49ers even though he had a contract with them through 2020? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
