The only way I know to not pay federal taxes as a US citizen is to move to another country. My first thought was Mexico, but they have a lot of infrastructure problems.
Some places in South America are nice, but I wasn't sure if you spoke Spanish or Portuguese.
Australia probably would have worked, but you can't load up a U-Haul and drive all your stuff there. Plus, it's a little inconvenient if you wanted to move back.
Convenience is the reason I also discounted European countries.
Which leaves Canada. Unfortunately, the weather in Canada can be pretty bad. But I'm sure it's nice sometimes during the year.
