Today there are 18 flights scheduled to land. One of the problems is roads are blocked and impassable. They need air drops of food and water. The situation is dire and people are becoming desperate. It has been a week and some areas have seen no aid at all. We need to eliminate the Jones Act for PR so ships other that American ones can transport aid.
