The parking situation has been resolved. I spoke to 2 of my closest neighbors yesterday and it sounds as if I'm not the only one fed up with the lack of parking. I also found out that someone who lives across the street had been helping himself to one of our available spots, I thought that vehicle belong to another tenant. We had some security issues earlier in the week as well, too much detail to discuss although I suspected drug dealing and too many people living in one place without paying rent, it's a very long story. I would have been gone long ago but we're in the middle of a housing crisis and it's really difficult to find anything else. Three new families moved here earlier in the spring and since then things have gone downhill, we did have really great neighbors. Anyway, the landlord's back in town and judging by how quiet it is now and the number of cars in the parking lot, I'd say that everything has probably been addressed. Thank you to everyone who responded.
