This is how it is going to be when ordering

When I schedule a patient, all I need is their name, date of birth, and who is their insurance.  if it is Blue Cross Blue Shield, all I have to do is go into Availity system and their you go.... it will give me all the information about the patient, address, their deductibles, etc.  I work in a clinic.  EMR gives you even more, especially every single drug you have taken.  Pretty soon, we will have the computer chip implanted with all your information.  That is the sign of the end times for sure.

You know that's just around the corner. The dems will gladly get the chip to please their messiah.

The United States government and employees and contractors have been using this "PIV," "smart card" technology and RFID chip technology at the direction of the President for a while now. Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12.

The nerve of the President trying to implement cards that carry biometric data. Oh, sure, there were those against it, but the President just signed it right into existence with the flick of his pen. It got the ball rolling in this country on "chips" and talk of national IDs.

Interesting reading that Directive 12.

Earlier that same year, the President had signed an executive order requiring the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to help advance efforts to achieve the administration's goal for most Americans to have access to secure electronic health records by 2014, and requiring HHS, the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Office of Personnel Management to adopt interoperable health information-technology standards, adopt quality-improvement measures, and be more transparent regarding healthcare prices.

With a flick of his pen! Is that even constitutional?

Executive Order 13335

thinks it's a violation of his privacy. When, in fact, it's just a way to find him if he gets lost. Kinda like trying to help people who don't have enough sense to know their medical history or what drugs they're on or what they're for. I have taken many a history from people who replied, a little red pill and 2 white ones. Having medical information in a centalized record with access for all care providers can't be bad. And I won't have to spell my name three times when I order a pizza.

My dog would be happy to be found if lost... - sm

because (stating the obvious) she cannot speak, but she also has a sense of not wanting the government in her business.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNJl9EEcsoE At first I thought this was hilarious 3 years ago.  Now it is becoming a reality. Get ready for computer chips implanted with all your information (the end times).  Getting ready for scams more than ever trying to get your SS#.  Get ready for the government to now own you and find out how healthy you really are and how many guns you have, dogs you own, if your a prepper, etc.  I thought the Pilgrims left other countries to come to ...
