Romney: "If you get the honor roll, I'll congratulate you, not the bus driver who got you to school." ;

Personally I liked the logic and truth - behind President Obama's reply

[ In Reply To ..]
(Plural) You did that...when addressing We the People.

This is a country, not a corporation. - But thanks for reminding us

how R&R's robos can't distinguish between the two.

Dang it. This should be under the "maneuer" - posted below. nm

Romney is an empty suit (a very expensive suit, but empty nonetheless). - anon

The next 60 days will focus on the lack of humanity in RobotoMitt2012.

He was born into wealth and has no life experience outside of that.

I am stunned that people want this kind of "person" as POTUS.

So there you have it. An empty suit versus a suit - filled to the brim with "maneuer"

The next 60 days will focus on the lack of leadership and the failure of this administration under Obummer.

Funded by communists and criminals. I'm surprised people want this kind of "person" as POTUS.

Here's why Romney will win:

Romney has experience. Romney has run a corporation. He has compassion. He understands basic economics.

So what that Romney has money. Jealous much? I never got a job from a poor person. And under your kind of "person" people are losing their jobs. Think the number is up to 32 million. Can tell you this, bet you all of Romney's money those 32 million are are not going to be voting for the guy who caused their unemployment.

And last time I looked Mr. Romney is a man. A human being. So take your snotty *** quotation off of the word person. He is a person. Just cos you don't support him does not make him any less of a human being than Obama.

I'll take a compassionate human being who happens to have some money and who has experience and knows how to run a country over what is in there.

If he's human then he must be "foreign"...lol...nm - JTBB

I think his mother did it! She knew as she layed there in labor that one day her son would become president of the United States, for in her belly she could feel his greatness. It was foretold. For he who hath been born of another place shall one day rise to greatness and lead the masses of the many. This will be borne of the determination of his ancestors and the wisdon of all things which will join forces to make a more perfect birth certificate and newspaper announcments and such.

As for your 5th paragraph, 6th sentence, - it's not a fair bet

[ In Reply To ..]
Can't vote for someone who's already served 2 terms.

However, if that bet includes voting for the guys (and gals) who have kept them unemployed (pssst... I'm talking about the republiclowns in congress) by doing nothing but voting against ANYTHING when it comes to jobs, jobs, jobs, you might just be a winner there. Good for you!
How many times does the truth about jobs bills have to be stated - backwards typist
[ In Reply To ..]
The House passed 27 jobs bills but good ole Harry Reid refused to bring a single one of them up for vote.

The Senate even voted down Obama's job bill and they refused to pass a budget in 3 years. Good ole Harry said we don't need a budget.

The cure-all is to get rid of Harry. I did hear that good ole Harry is retiring this year (hope its true) because he's been struggling in his re-election bid. Maybe with someone else in charge, things will get done next year.
Yep...good ol Harry...sm - JTBB

and why do you think he did that? Could it be that pubs wouldn't pass it without an ammendment to kill Obamacare by any chance? Hmmmm....

which they know will relegate all helpful measures to the jobs bill graveyard. They've played this hand so many times, the transparent maneuver has become par for the course and is responsible for the Senate's current frozen status. Shall we go through the jobs bills one-by-one to prove this point, or is this just another reality the GOP thinks they can lie about and get away with? Being most assuredly the latter, I won't be the one wasting my time giving it further consideration.

Retire? What are you talking about? Harry Reid was just re-elected to his 5th term, beating out press-allergic TP darling Sharon Angle by a comfortable 50.3% to 44.6% margin. With unlimited 6-year terms, he's good to go until at least 2016. The Dana-Milbank gossip/speculation over his retirement has been tacitly dismissed by Reid, who has every intention of running in 2016.
Harry Reid... what a crook.. just shows the ignorance - of our country. nm

Where have YOU been? That was 2 years ago. Not yesterday.

According to news reports, he's denying that he's retiring, but all I can say is can't wait for 2016. He had some trouble with the last election and if he's up against someone good, doubt that he'll make it. He's a total waste of space.

Those things are happening right now under Obama's watch. Romney had nothing to do with it. But he's the best one to turn the economy around, as much as it can be after Obama nearly destroyed id.

Evidently you haven't heard or seen anything about the kindness he has done - backwards typist

to help people. Like the man whose daughter was missing and Romney dropped everything to help search for her.

How he visited an terminally ill kid in the hospital every night. He shoveled snow for the elderly, took meals to the sick, he and neighbors helped save belongings from a house fire, and more.

No life experience? He has plenty. A person who shows various acts of kindness and doesn't brag about them is a better person than one who does.

Big freakin' deal. Those are all things that ANYONE would do - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
Romney has about as much compassion as a brick... maybe a little more... but he easily pushes it aside if it means increased profits. Look at how he has made his money!

He has life experience looking out after #1... HIM. And he and his wife brag plenty about all the money they donate.
Me thinks you should change that first word to Obama. - backwards typist
[ In Reply To ..]
Can you name any acts of kindness he did?

You're just jealous because Romney has money.

Well, guess what? Michelle and Obama are now included in that class, but after all the tax deductions, the poor babies only cleared $5M.

If it wouldn't have been for Rezko, Soros, and the rest of their kind, Obama never would have made it to where he is today.

Why is he empty? I totally disagree. He is successful - and worked for it. You are so very wrong! nm

Ohio Gender Gap Poll Likely Explains Romney's Abortion Flip-flip.Oct 11, 2012
Plus a Bloomberg poll said women were moving toward Romney on economic issues but holding back on social issues, especially abortion, confirmed by other pols. So Romney stated in front of cameras that he has no abortion legislation in mind.  Which his campaign staff then routinely denied (following what is now a well-established pattern). Ryan also then said their position on abortion has not changed. Romney's previous positions have been that he is absolutely against abortion. That ...

Democrats Side With Union Boss Over Veterans In VAApr 13, 2017
Firing Offense: Democrats are constantly bleating about the need to better serve the nation's veterans. Yet when it comes down to it, they would rather bow to their union masters than allow the VA to fire workers who aren't doing their jobs. This bill would let the Veterans Affairs secretary fire someone and not have to wait a month for the person t ...
