Rove's new ad "celebrity president'

Posted: Apr 27, 2012

misses the mark.  Unless one is a hefty little balding rodent type man, then may tap into  jealousy. Instead I identify with Obama, so that makes me cool by association. Sides that, telling People magazine and reality television addicts that the president is a celebrity makes him even cooler.  I appreciate the lowest tax rate since the 50s.  I appreciate health coverage for my college-age sons.  I am glad Osama is fish food.  The  fact that Mr. President can sing and looks oh-so-fine in his shades is gravy.

looking forward to the jokes from the correspondents' dinner saturday night.  It is always a blast.

Rove right on target - Reveals Obama for the useless

[ In Reply To ..]
prez he really is. Cannot wait to see this Obozo the Clown drive off in his Clown Car of choise....Chevy Volt.

Drawing attention to how much so many folks like him. - Yeah, that'll work

[ In Reply To ..]
About as well as it did in 2008. Rove is an idiot.

Obama is an "idiot (direct lib quote) - Not as many liking BO as people

[ In Reply To ..]
should say SOME narrow-minded, limited mental range people seem to think. BO's following is dropping, not as much enthuisam for BO, contributions down, crowd draw is down. Yeah, there is a stench in D.C. and it is BO. Obama "is an idiot" yeah "that'll work" for BOs 2012 bumper sticker.
We all know which voters have the biggest - enthusiasm deficit

The ones whose candidate's likability numbers are a whopping 29 points behind his opponent's. The guy with the gender vote gap. The guy with the youth vote gap. The guy with the immigrant vote gap. The guy who lags behind in every age demographic except the 65+ cohort. The guy whose opponent leads among almost every voter who make $50,000/year or less, and half the voters who make more than that. The guy whose party's hostile fringe vetted every single primary opponent, desperately seeking anyone but him, before begrudgingly accepting the inevitable selection of the original author of the mandated health care plan (which they utterly detest) that the president used as his model for a national plan. The guy who is still scratching his head trying to figure out how to connect with his base and, more importantly, which version of himself to present to the electorate-at-large.

Last, but not least, the guy about whom posters on this forum have yet to say a single solitary positive thing.
When a positive comes up for Obama - we"ll call you first
[ In Reply To ..]
Yeah, we all get it, you love Obama I can'te stand him and his completley inept polices and proud of it.

Obama does NOTHING that does not promote his own image of himself; to the hell with America. Notice how you left out all the debt Obama created which now puts us officially in the category of Greece insolvency today, 10 of millions on family vacations, Food-stamp pres, unemployment at recordhight soi his 3+ years, NET LOSS of over 800-thou jobs and next month looking worse, gas at $4.00+ in many areas, admin riddled with incompetents including Obama "whiner in chief", 17% drop in illing on Federal lands. Obama has no cajones. Can give you 15-20 more disasterous Obama regime moves.

But, heh sunshine you keep on with your blind occult devotion to Obama.

So if all this is true, what does that say about - the guy who lags so far behind

in categories too numerous to count?

Psssstttt.  Come 'ere.  I wanna show you something.  It's Karl Rove's 2012 electoral college map.

The score?

220 - Obama

64 - Lean Obama

93 - Romney

79 - Lean Romney

83 Toss-up

PSSST - there are 6 months to the election
[ In Reply To ..]
.
Do you think 6 months - is enough time
[ In Reply To ..]
for Romney to clench all his "lean Romneys" plus ALL of those toss-up states? If he did that, he would still come up short, so that means he would have to steal some of those "lean Obama" states before he even gets to a tie. Did I mention that 57 electoral votes from the toss-up states went for Obama in 2008?

But don't take my word for it. Ask Karl Rove.

you keep that hunka hunka Rove - I'll gladly settle

For Bill Maher. Bill may say crude things, but I know he is not manuevering behind my back to keep the rich and the b-thumpers in control of the nation.

I watched the ad and Obama is even cooler than I thought. Of course, I know that it was the Republican policies that put us where we are and the Republican obstruction that is holding us back.

Have You Ever Liked A Celebrity Until You SeeJul 28, 2016
This is one of the weirdest things I have seen this political season.  Meryl Streep in a flag dress sounding and looking orgasmic for crooked Hillary Clinton.  I used to like Streep and admire her talent.  Now my eyes and ears cannot forget her last performance at DNC.   Yuck!  ...

Celebrity ApprenticeMay 14, 2012
Surprised and delighted that Aubrey was given the last minute boot. The final 2 - Arsenio and Clay - did not really stand out, in my opinion.  They both did well but were not superstars in their tasks like previous seasons.  I noticed the following did not return: Ferrigno, Victoria Gotti, both Hispanics, Cheryl T and Tia (think that is her name).  I don't strongly prefer either finalist over the other so I will be happy for whoever wins.   ...

Celebrity Apprentice Crowns ArsenioMay 21, 2012
despite Clay raising twice as much money, Trump chose Arsenio as winner.  I thought it was a curious choice. There is no logic to trump's decisions. O'Reilly V. RoveMay 22, 2014
The thread below went way off topic. Our veterans need to be kept in the forefront and treated with dignity. We all know the problems with the VA didn't start overnight. They've been brewing for decades. The issue at hand now is how will the problems be fixed and when? One of things I heard that made the most sense to me was to let the vets seek fee-for-service medical care NOW. The VA has a backlog. Okay, fix that, but in the meantime, let the vets seek care elsewhere and have those ...

David Axelrod Smacks Karl Rove’s ’shamelessness’ On DeficitJan 16, 2010
By Sahil KapurFriday, January 15th, 2010 -- 9:17 am President Barack Obama's chief political strategist on Friday slammed his Bush administration counterpart Karl Rove for allegedly making up "his own facts" about Democrats. Part of what he says is tax cuts will help do that.  We have seen through decades that this has not created jobs and merely put more money in the pockets of the wealthy.  We have a wage gap that is out of this world.  I understand businesses are in business to make money, but there was a time when employers shared the wealth with their employees while still making a good profit themselves, and those times seem to have disappeared.   What things could he do to ensure that the ...
