CNN poll - over 50% of the country doesn't trust

Can't even begin to imagine.

By contrast let's take a peek at what happens - to that approval rating when

President Obama is pitted against what the GOP has to offer.  I just love a pretty interactive line graph that says all that needs to be said without uttering a word:

Looks like Breitbart et al better savor their victory while they can.  These dips in approval ratings seem to be quite fleeting.  To illustrate this point, click on the red max bar in the bottom right corner of the graph.

But we have so much going on right now and where is The Man? - Popularity definitely waning. MIA President.

explanations to the American public regarding what is going on in NSA and the IRS, specifically. IOW, who is being held "accountable" as he loves to say. I did see the speech he made regarding IRS with the feigned outrage, but I didn't see one as to the progress of the investigation and whose head will roll. I guess I missed that one.

likes to allow the hearing process to run its course in its entirety before drawing any conclusions or formulating any future measures or policies. He does not strike me as the type to respond to innuendo, suspicion, conspiracy theories and scandal mongering. That said, the statements he has made have been pretty straightforward and leave little doubt on where he stands on these issues. Recent polls show that either a majority or an even-split support his stance.

CNN Poll Shamefully Skewed. De-skew The Poll And It'sSep 11, 2012
The campaign to mislead the public, discourage conservative voters, etc. is underway, full bore. Do NOT believe ANY polls.  Think for yourself - and VOTE, regardless of any polls that might suggest that Obama has this sewn up.  The DNC had a disastrous convention and they're also trying to make that look like the best thing since conventions began. (You can tell from the desperation of his campaign strategy that HE knows he doesn't have it sewn up.) ...

How Do You Trust Your Partner Again, When The TrustOct 19, 2013
Have any of you been able to repair the trust in a relationship when it's been broken quite badly?   Able to repair the relationship itself?   That's my main question and I'd like to hear how others handled it. Details of your own personal 'mess' are not what I care to hear, but how you repaired things. I want my best friend back and the trust we had.  I don't want to have to go through legalities now or down the road.  I still love h ...

We could go on pretending that the history of the United States and everything bad came into existence on January 20, 2009, when Obama took the oath of office, thereby nullifying everything that had theretofore happened in American history before Obama became president... Do You Trust The Supreme CourtMar 26, 2012
Before the decision even comes down from the Supreme Court on Obama's health care law I have to admit I have no confidence in them. It's all political. Giving the election to bush over Gore and allowing corporations to fund elections makes me think the court is not bipartisan. When the highest court in the land is partisan I have no hope. I feel sad for our country. Do you trust them? ...
