Americans: Rise up against entrenched pieces of disgusting crap

Posted: Sep 9, 2016

Let me explain this to sincere liberals who love this country: Your last hope is not Clinton, but Trump. Remove the party blinders. There have been nearly 70 years of liberal dominance in this nation's inner cities and other poor communities. There has been no shortage of money (almost $11 trillion). ...Now, if you DARE, take a drive around any inner city. Okay - did you survive? Great! And what did you see that the liberal philosophy has given us? Vote the same, get the same. This isn't difficult at all. The liberal philosophy, which is not very different from the socialist philosophy, which in turn is barely distinguishable from the communist philosophy DOES NOT WORK!!!!! ;

Sincere liberal - old and burned out

Have you forgotten our past Republican administrations? What did they do for our inner cities and what do you think DT will do except encourage more guns (just what they need in Chicago). The problems with our inner cities are very complex and it is doubtful they can be solved by any national administration. If you have never watched "The Wire" may I suggest you rent it. It was cowritten by a veteran of the Baltimore Police Dept. Everything that is wrong with American cities is dramatized in this production including drugs, firearms, lack of jobs, poor schools, political corruption, etc. To think a Trump administration could solve these problems strikes me as delusional especially since DT has never done anything for anyone except himself.

I guess it would be better to just let it go back to the Jim Crowe way and keep things segregated so as not to offend whitey. It you can't see the crap, well then there is no crap. Clearly, Trump and people like him have been shielded from seeing how the inner cities are. If you are uneducated, grew up in the projects that the man put you in so you would become addicted to drugs and violent because of a less than human-like existence, then maybe you should try to live the way inner city people live and see how you fare. Those projects were made for a reason by rich white men because they knew what being overcrowded, underfed, uneducated people would resort to. Have you ever been to a chicken farm or slaughterhouse missy? There is very little difference. Those animals are used to feed people and the slaughterers do not give a crap how they live, how they are diseased, how they slice their bellies open without even stunning them, how they brand cows in their faces, how they are beaten. That my friend, is not that far different than how the rich white men have crapped on the poor in this country, and not just black; although, there certainly is a disproportionate number who are in that project situation. I bet you are a "Christian" just by what you said. That way of thinking is so not like what Jesus would want. Shame on you.

Who's been running those inner cities for decades? Democrats. - NM

Democrats? When and who set it up? Repubics are the people who have changed the way of life for hard working Americans since the 1950s by increasing their wealth. When did you let your millions make money for you?
Who has been running Detroit, Baltimore et all for the - past 50 years. DEMOCRATS!

Pay attention.
The truth is coming out about these liberal run - cities. It's wake up time!!!

Leftists always kill the goose that lays the golden egg.

Wait until all the illegals gun there.
Look at Chicago. Whenever there's a crisis in an inner city, BO tries to - blame republicans. Facts are irrelevant

Isn't DT a rich white man? - old and burned out

Sorry but I don't know what you are trying to say here as regards Clinton vs Trump or Dems vs Pubs as far as the cities are concerned. And I am not a Christian.

My dear, it's not white people but the residents of those - inner cities who are blind.

[ In Reply To ..]
They keep voting the same way time after time after time, regardless of the lousy results that one would think they could see right outside their door every blessed day of the week.

Right?

We white people know a lot more about the inner cities than you think. Maybe it would be a good idea to start listening to us.

Unfortunately, the Republican dogma doesn't - work at all, either.

[ In Reply To ..]

Excuse me? It worked pretty well for Giuliani - in New York City.

[ In Reply To ..]
We can talk about some other Republican-run cities and states if you like.

Or perhaps I should start by asking you to tell me exactly what you think the "Republican dogma" is. I doubt seriously that you know.

What Rudy did in NYC - old and burned out

was to arrest all the petty criminals and thus make the streets safer for tourists (not a bad thing). He has had the trash collection improved in Manhattan. However, he did nothing to improve core inner city problems and, if you visited any of the boroughs during his term, the streets were as dirty as ever.
Interesting. Summation of his whole administration in - three sentences.

The Reader's Digest might have an opening for you. I bet you could get "War and Peace" down to a couple of syllables.
"Broken windows" is an established theory of policing. - Getting a handle on crime in NY was...

...an absolute prerequisite to doing much of anything else in the social sphere. It was much more than "not a bad thing." It was, for instance, what made it possible to rejuvenate Times Square, reclaiming it from the peep shows, hustlers and weirdos that dominated that landscape.

...and look at it now. But I don't advise a very long look.
Absolutely true - old and burned out

NY was made better for business and tourism but core inner city problems remain - drugs, bad schools in poor neighborhoods, political corruption, etc. These problems are deep rooted and complex and won't be solved by a change of administrations in Washington.

Health Care Costs RiseSep 12, 2012
While annual health care premiums for job-based family plans rose a seemingly respectable 4 percent this year, premiums averaged $15,745, with employees picking up more than $4,300 of that tab, according to an annual employer survey released Sept. 11.  According to an Associated Press report, the costs are a reminder that the U.S.’s struggle with unaffordable medical care is still significant.  Overall, "it's historically a very moderate increase in premiums," said Drew Al ...
