Clue: Birth control is LEGAL in the United States. Kermit Gosnell's "clinic" operated ILLEGALLY, performed ILLEGAL procedures, and the Pennsylvania Dept of Health FAILED in their oversight, sleeping through the abuse for about 30 years.
