Fresh Step Paw Points just suck

I've been saving Paw Points for years and periodically I sit down and enter all my Paw Points. They're hard to read and it takes forever and you only have just so many times you can screw them up before it won't let you enter any more. Well I got a whole bunch of Paw Points, sat down and entered over 1000 of them and when I got in there I couldn't redeem them because:
1) There were no more free litter coupons.
2) There were no more $3 off coupons.
This really frosts my butt. The promotion ends in March I think.

[ In Reply To ..]Something similar happened to me when I wanted to use my Petco rewards. The customer service rep was extremely kind and helpful and even awarded me additional Pals rewards. The rules were not clear and even seemed to contradict themselves in places. It's worth a shot. Hope you are successful.
