Being cooped up inside with the job as it is, today I just couldn't stand it another minute. I could see through the window what a beautiful day it was with the sun shining, the birds singing, just a bit of a breeze, all of that going on out there and I was stuck inside, working. First chance I got, I went out there into the day, looked up at the blue sky and felt the warmth of the sun on my face. I haven't done that in a long time - actually being in the moment and just enjoying the presence of nature. Just thought maybe somebody out there needed a reminder to take a few minutes out of your busy day to go outside and clear your mind - even build up your vitamin D a bit in the sunshine.
