Because Mr. "You're fired" was cringingly bending over backward to deny he knew anything about her firing.
I'm actually glad she recorded it, security issues aside, because if you think nobody would believe her I think you are right right right and now she has proof.

In the excerpt broadcast, the voice said to be the president's tells Ms Manigault Newman he has seen on the news that she is "thinking of leaving" and asks, "What's going on?"
"General Kelly came to me and said that you guys wanted me to leave," she replies.
"No... Nobody even told me about it," the voice replies. "You know they run a big operation but I didn't know it. I didn't know that. ____ it. I don't love you leaving at all."
So now, of course, he is calling her a dog and whatnot. What a joke.
He can revoke as many security clearances as he wants but what these people are saying on TV have nothing to do with their security clearance, and they can still say whatever they want because you're allowed to have opinions and speak about them in a free country, which we still are, for now at least.
And just think before you cheer about those security clearances being revoked, what's the next thing he will do to silence his critics? That is just un-American and pathetic.
