I appreciate your response.

However, the question remains unanswered:
If Putin is controlling Trump, doesn't being patient with Mueller (the Dem plan) increase the danger to the US?

Maybe I should rephrase that.

If Mueller found evidence that Trump was being controlled by Putin (and Trump colluded) wouldn't Mueller recognize that as the worst-case scenario and get that out to the public ASAP?

Now Trump has invited Putin to the White House in October. Shouldn't Mueller (assuming he has the evidence on Trump) do something to stop that?

The only reason for Mueller to sit on evidence that Trump is compromised is if Mueller is compromised as well. I don't believe that Mueller is compromised. The only logical conclusion is Mueller does not have evidence of collusion or a Trump/Putin connection.
