Yep. Think about it.
Mueller indicted 12 Russian nationals for hacking. Because they're Russian nationals they aren't subject to the US Constitution or any of our laws. They don't even have to show up for a trial.
All of which means our law of "innocent until proven guilty" means they're innocent.
I won't argue that no hacking took place. I also won't argue that the Russians didn't do it. But under the law of the US, Mueller just declared them innocent.
