Evangelicals were a major part of his victory - Is that not a fact?

A lot of "Christian" people voted for him based on that Roe v. Wade spiel. They really love the idea of criminalizing abortion. I have a sister who is Catholic and even though she despises Trump the man I'm pretty sure she voted for him because of the single issue make-abortion-a-crime thing.

But you can't deny he made that claim and he made it often in the campaign. He knows how to play the crowd, how to blow the dog whistle just right to get those who really want that to happen to hear what he wants them to hear so they vote for him.

The racist Nazi voters as you say may well have voted for him too, but thankfully they are still not the huge voting bloc that evangelicals are. Give him a couple more years at this rate, though.
