In April of 2016 Trump said he would put pen to paper in his first 100 days as president to penalize companies sending jobs offshore. Not only has he NOT done that, he has given these same corporations huge tax breaks that are permanent, while the pocket change the middle class has gotten is only temporary. Winning? I think not.
