Missed point - you are not forced to buy a car - but if you have a car you must insure it

And of course you are subsidizing other drivers and they subsidize you at times. That is how insurance works.

The correct analogy would be if you own a car, you must insure it so that you are protected from accidents and your insurance protects others from any accident you may have.

Why should health insurance be any different? You have a body, it might go wrong at times, it might be fine, but the costs incurred when it goes wrong are way more expensive than a car breakdown and every person should be insured.
