Obamacare was used as an excuse by corporate America - to shift the cost of healthcare

benefits back onto the worker. The average corporations healthcare became a “Cadillac Plan” under Obamacare and was jacked up in price, This shifted most workers onto a high deductible plan, where they basically paid for their own health care.

So the average middle class worker was screwed by Obamacare while the poor received subsidies.

For the cost and disruption of Obamacare, the government could have just bought policies for the 6 million low income people added, or changed medicare eligibility, instead they screwed the workers.

AARP pushed this too because they are in the insurance selling business.
