about that cement plant that were likely being done under the table (in addition to the legal immigrant status of the workers arrested there).

This happened two months ago. Mostly Guatemalans.

I should think they would want to obey law and order and use legal immigrants.

Is the Reverend in favor of disobeying American law and using religion to defend that?
