I fixed many of my health problems eliminating the need to see - an MD completely by changing my diet.

Diabetes type 2 and high blood pressure being the big ones.

I do 1200 calories a day of quality protein, vegetables and no sugar. I ride my bike and walk.

For fat I use Kerry gold butter, it is pasture fed cattle. The body knows what is healthy. Yes, it's expensive but it's cheaper than pharmaceuticals. I eat eggs every day. They are just like a human cell and are a perfect food. They don't cause high cholesterol like we were told.

We can “thank” bad info in decades past for pushing “a low-fat diet” that provoked tens of thousands of needless gallbladder surgeries, my husband among them. Low-fat diets cause the inactive gallbladder to form gallstones, then when you do eat fat the stones move into the duct necessitating surgery.

Literally everything in my health has improved (including mentally). I still have occasional migraines, but that is hormone related.

Just wanted to share this since I saw the keto post below.
