and become a veteran with a compromised Social Security number? Did he try to have his father charged when he found out what he had done. Legal jurisdiction applies for certain crimes. It's not that Harris refused to help James, it was just not in her power/jurisdiction to do so. Sound like James didn't ask for help in the right place and is now blaming Harris for telling him where he needed to ask for help.
