basically encouraging people to leave Mexico (and flee his socialist rule).

It's like an article from The Onion.

What kind of presidential candidate promises his constituents the prospect of illegal immigration as the "reward" for voting for him? "Vote for me, illegally immigrate to the US."

What an embarrassment.
