Time incorrectly identified this one situation that represents 10s of 1000s. Do not turn this around and say that this one invalidates the 1000s, as is always done in Conservative-world. The

I know somebody blah, blsh, blah, so it makes it true for everyone.
I saw somebody do this one bad thing and they are X so everybody who is X does bsd things.

It is false logic supporting judgmentalism
