Yes, times have changed but rape (and Juanita Broaddrick has 2 eyewitnesses to her bitten face and overall condition shortly after he was through with her) was NEVER acceptable and neither was forcible molestation and exposing himself to a government worker (Paula Jones). Rape and forcible sexual molestation --especially by a powerful man with great authority---was never acceptable no matter how hard he tries to spin things now, and his $850,000 court settlement to Paula Jones is a testament to that.
