The queen seems to always wear suits like that - but there is a reason for the colors

"She needs to stand out for people to be able to say 'I saw the queen'."

I used to think her fashion choices were dowdy beyond belief, but now I think man it would be hard to live in that particular fish bowl for so long and she has done it well and I believe has even changed a bit and become somewhat forward thinking, so I am liking those bright suits.

Anyway, the link is an article about why she wears such bright colors, and really if that's the only thing she's allowed to do to break out a bit, how can anyone begrudge her that? Also, she seems so much more comfortable than many others so why not?
