Broward school shooter Nikolas Cruz was for years a veritable parade of red flags. Twice the FBI failed to follow up on alarming tips – when Cruz vowed on social media “to be a professional school shooter.” Local police made 39 trips to his home because of violent and erratic behavior. Yet the 19-year-old somehow passed “background checks,” and legally purchased the rifle he used to kill 15 students, a teacher and a coach. Why? Because of Obama" PROMISE Program of monetizing the "hands-off minorities" program for which Broward collected $53 million federal dollars.
