The whole idea that we don't mind pollution, dirty water, blah blah blah gets old and absurd. I came from a family of conservationists.
The whole environmental movement is about anti-capitalism and taxing the United States.
I remember little kids getting scared when being indoctrinated on global warming in school a few years ago. They were shown movie with a polar bear floating away on a chunk of ice (caused by global warming), as if it was doomed.
Polar bears can swim! It was just resting on the ice. No one bothered to tell this to the kids.
This is when we decided to homeschool.
