Nobody is blaming Trump for high drug - prices. They are saying

that after all his bellowing, he did nothing to help users of drugs, as pointed out in another article above. By pharma stocks rising, that is an indicator of just how much he did. He has not addressed the cost to us, the users of the drugs. When he addresses that then we can talk about what Trump did to lower the price of drugs for the consumers.
