Cohen's clients didn't have to be released to the public. It was Robert Balin, lawyer for the CNN and NYT, that instigated that in order to get Hannity's name out there. Did CNN disclose that bit of info? Judge Kimba Wood knows this, but released client's names anyway. The public does not have a right to know this and she did it anyway.

Has this lawyer disclosed his connection to CNN yet?
