Where is the attorney/client privilege issue? - Technically speaking, Cohen is the one being inves

Posted: Apr 17th, 2018 - 10:47 am In Reply to: Sounds like you are gleefully looking forward to all the - damage done to Cohen's clients.

Trump said he did not know about the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels, he did not pay it, and did not authorize it. He said you have to ask Cohen. Then Cohen said he did this on his own. Trump did not ask him to do it, and did not pay him back for it. Sooo, it sounds like there is no attorney-client privilege issue here since Cohen was not technically representing Trump in this matter, according to both of them. Investigation turned over to separate prosecutors since it had nothing to do with Russia collusion investigation. What COHEN has done is being investigated.

It sounds like some are protesting too much. If Trump has done nothing wrong, as he says, why all the rage? It appears that his supporters do not care what or if he has done anything wrong, they just do not want anyone to investigate to find out. But not to worry, if there is perjury, or worse, nothing is going to come of it anyway. It will just be proven that he is crooked to those who do not wish to know. DT supporters say Mueller has found nothing on Trump. How do you know? Do you expect him to tell you at this point in time?
