You can't leak something that has already been divulged by Colin Powell and Robert Novak who outed her in a newpaper colunm.
Enter special prosecutor, Patrick Fitzgerald, to dig deep to find out who it was that told Novak. It was a guy named Richard Armitage who worked with Colin Powell at the State Department who had outed Valerie Plame.
So the whole thing is bogus.
