I cannot stop shedding tears reading about your baby. Will put him up in my prayers. God is merciful. He will heal the boy.
Do create a Go Fund Me account or find an animal charity nearby. It hurts most when our furbabies are hurt. Easier to bear our own pain than theirs. Please stay strong and try to generate funds to provide him the necessary care. People do help.
