Gates and Manafort were charged with fraud that happened before they were involved with Trump. Gates pleading guilty to fraud would definitely be bad for Manafort, since they were so close and had done so much business together.

What do you suppose the chances are that this latest development somehow implicates Trump in Russian collusion?

100% means it will without fail implicate Trump. Trump is guilty. Colluded with the Russians to steal the election. Rock solid proof, like money transfers, documents, eye witnesses, etc.

0% means there's no connection from this fraud charge to anything Trump did during the campaign.

Given the above scale, what's your degree of certainty on where those dominoes end up?
