There's a difference between someone (a felon) who has lost their rights through due process and a jury of their peers as outlined in the Constitution and someone who is labeled ill by a medical practitioner. Please tell me you recognize that distinction.

Your next argument is equally invalid. Driving is a privilege, not a right. A doctor can determine when someone is incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle.

A doctor can not determine when someone's Constitutional rights can be revoked. Due process is the only thing that can do that. I do agree with due process and the resulting loss of rights.
