I also think mental health issues should be addressed more. People with severe mental issues shouldn't have guns and people with severe (or minor) mental issues should have access to mental healthcare.
I'm all for the second amendment but the NRA would have you believe anyone should be able to own a gun. People can't smoke a cigarette in a parking lot of a government building but nuts can buy guns. Maybe people should think about that and tell me where it makes sense.
