It is like the people who give weather alerts or put warnings on the electronic highway warning signs. Just an average person who made a mistake. I don't think MTs should be penalized for stupid mistakes, and neither should this person. There probably needs to be changes in this system, but no one needs to be fired.

It is, however, very scary when you think how a nuclear attack is actually launched.
