I shop at Aldi's but would gladly pay $2 to be waited on appropriately at a restaurant that warranted it. Question is what does the MARKET bear. What do most people want, not you and me. And, Red Robin is not necessarily the litmus test for ALL restaurants. Is it now industry standard to get rid of sll busboys?
As to money trees...those are in the yards of the 1%...fact.
