I think the energy issue is the least of California's worries right now. My God, what a horrible disaster upon disaster they are going through. How I wish our country's leaders could come together and stand up side by side to come up with an immediate plan to help the people of California (and of Puerto Rico as well). I am so worried about our fellow citizens; offshore drilling just isn't even on my radar of things I care about.
