A representative democracy involves people electing their representatives. The people of Alabama are doing today. You disagreeing with their choice doesn't make them wrong.
Yes, Moore disobeyed the law as a judge and was punished for it. That's what should have happened.
"Women are now coming out in masses regarding molestation of every kind, every age, and it is working (must make them the "smarter group"). Name them and shame them, it does not matter who they are."
These aren't criminal complaints. The evidence being presented is hearsay. The accused aren't given a chance to refute the accusations. That is how a lynch mob works.
